2002 Honda Civic Power Door Lock Not Working

This 2002 honda civic came in with several complaints among which were the a c compressor would not turn on the power door locks did not work the wipers did not work the interior lights did not work the warning chimes did not work and the brake warning light on the dash stayed on.

Power locks working right they wont lock or unlock the power locks on my 2002 honda civic are not working right. I put a new battery in the remote control for the locks but they wont lock or unlock.
